Every Jumbo™ Pro system is hand-inspected, dyno-tested, and hermetically sealed. All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding weekends and statutory UK bank holidays). Once your package leaves our fulfillment hub, tracking numbers are automatically transmitted via email.
We protect your complete privacy. Orders arrive in a plain, unmarked brown kraft carton. There are no logos, no mentions of Jumbo™, and no product descriptions anywhere on the exterior label. The shipping documentation lists a neutral fulfillment logistics entity (“JL Global Fulfillment”).

Due to regional distribution agreements and operational jurisdiction, we currently do not fulfill or ship orders to the United States (USA). Any orders placed with a United States shipping destination will be automatically canceled and refunded in full within 24 hours.
All international consignments are declared under standardized neutral commercial codes (e.g., “Mechanical Physical Training & Health Apparatus”). Customs inspections, where applicable, are handled routinely without compromising personal dignity.
