We make every effort to ship all Jumbo.plus orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment.
Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team will process and ship it. After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link.

Typically 7-10 business days.
We are pleased to offer free shipping for a limited time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jumbo@jumbo.plus with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is entered correctly. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, so the window for changing an order address is very limited. If you decide to change the delivery address, please contact us via email at info@jumbo.plus within 12 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate the change, but due to limited processing time, we cannot guarantee success. If the delivery information provided by the customer is incorrect, the customer will have the following options:
(1) We can reship another identical item to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new order (based on the shipping method selected) + a handling fee ($4.99).
(2) We can refund the order amount minus the shipping cost (based on the shipping method selected) + a handling fee ($4.99).
