At Jumbo.plus, your satisfaction and results are our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict return and refund policy outlined below:

• No Returns on Opened Products

Once the product has been opened or used, we cannot accept returns and no refunds will be issued. This is to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all our customers.

•Returns (If Approved)

If a return is granted at our discretion for an unopened product, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Please contact us before returning any item to receive authorization.

•Defective or Damaged Items

If your Epic Extender arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product, with clear photos and a description of the issue.

•Refund time after confirmation

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products are in original condition. Please allow 3 to 7 working days.
